The Board has waited longer than the limit of 60 days for a pool water refill credit. This credit would have saved the HOA at least $500 dollars instantly, and an average of $200 per month over the span of the year so far, totaling roughly $1800. Again, the Bosrd is solely responsible for the outcome, as they were informed in November 2019 to apply for the credit.
