Pool Repairs

as of 30 May 2020, the pool is closed for repairs. The pool was repaired recently, but a leak in the drain appeared shortly afterwards. The Board found it in their better interest to pay an extra $1,200 to identify that it was in fact a leak that was draining the water, and and an extra $1,400 to pay for the repairs needed to the pool after the initial repairs of over $20,000 were performed. The HOA has applied for a sewer credit with the city, but has yet to fill the pool.
